The proposal informs an iterative and interdisciplinary process, in determining the occupation of land within the scenic and sensitive site and govern the qualitative experience, by scaling the built form while creating a series of active pedestrian linkages. The planning approach adopts an environmental matrix to achieve an ecological and spatially responsive development.
